Account Manager – Poland & Eastern Europe

SoftPro Medical Solutions is expanding, and we’re looking for a business-driven Account Manager for Poland and Eastern Europe. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with both customers and product development, making a real impact on the future of medical technology.
The position is primarily based in Poland, where you’ll interact daily with clients and the local market. You will also be expected to spend some time at our headquarters in Sweden, for onboarding, internal meetings, or strategic initiatives.
About the role
As Account Manager, you act as the link between the customer and our products. Your responsibilities include:
- Expanding business with new and existing clients in Poland and Eastern Europe.
- Selling our solutions (Medusa & PeRMit) and related services
- Leading implementation projects and ensuring delivery follow-up
- Running marketing activities, campaigns, and product launches
- Gathering customer feedback and contributing to product development
- Representing SoftPro at trade shows and through social media presence
Your profile
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in B2B sales, preferably in software, IT, or medtech
- Communicates fluently in Polish and English (Swedish is a plus)
- Is structured, self-driven, and customer-focused
- Has project management experience or is comfortable driving business from start to finish
- Is curious about technology and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in selling IT and software solutions
- Background in healthcare systems or public sector
- Knowledge of maintenance services and investment processes
- Experience working in an international setting
